Anti-Corruption Squad Quebec’s anti-corruption squad has arrested former SNC-Lavalin CEO Pierre Duhaime, charging him and Riadh Ben Aissa, ex-head of the company’s construction arm, with fraud in connection with construction contracts for a Montreal super-hospital.
